Dreamlight Valley Cash Register Key Location And How To Obtain It

Navigating through character friendship quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley often leads players on detailed scavenger hunts across various biomes. During Mirabel's level seven quest, titled Meddling Mirabel, players are tasked with resolving a dispute between Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck. The primary objective requires tracking down Scrooge's missing Cash Register Key, which was lost in the chaos and buried somewhere nearby.

Where to Find the Cash Register Key

The Cash Register Key is located exclusively within the Forest of Valor biome. Players should carefully inspect the ground for a unique sparkling spot where a metallic gold key visibly sticks out of the dirt. While the exact position can vary slightly for each player, it frequently spawns near Anna's house or along the outer perimeter walls of the forest.

How to Unearth and Obtain the Key

To retrieve the key, equip your Royal Shovel and dig directly at the sparkling mound once you spot it sticking out of the ground. If the item appears to be missing or blocked, entering Furniture Mode to temporarily move large objects like trees or houses can quickly reveal hidden dig spots. Once unearthed, simply walk over the item to collect it into your inventory before returning it to Scrooge McDuck.

Completing the Meddling Mirabel Questline

After returning the key to Scrooge, you must also feed two wild raccoons in the Forest of Valor using raspberries to calm them down. Following these tasks, Mirabel will request crafting materials to build an apology gift frame alongside a freshly baked Red Fruit Pie. Delivering these final items completes the quest and helps restore peace among the valley's residents.
